We want you to love your Shady Hen Mercantile order. If something isn’t quite right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, including for fit, size, color, or simply because the item wasn’t what you expected.

Before returning an item, please contact us first. In many cases, we may be able to resolve the issue without requiring you to send the item back.

If we do ask you to return an item, Shady Hen Mercantile will cover the return shipping cost and provide return instructions.

Items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect will always be made right.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Our Happiness Guarantee is intended to make shopping with us easy and worry-free. We reserve the right to limit returns or refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or excessive repeated claims.
